Shirakaba is 100% non-smoking environment for the comfort of all guests.
We regret we are not able to accommodate children or pets.
Minimum stay – during weekends year-round, stays have a 2 night minimum.
Complimentary WIFI service – basic internet access is provided throughout the property, but is not guaranteed to provide the bandwidth required for high-definition or streaming applications such as video calls and movies.
(We will do our best to accommodate a request for early check-in/late check-out, but cannot guarantee this option will be available.)
Check-in is any time after 3 PM
Check-out time is 11 AM.
Guests who smoke in their room will be assessed a $150 cleaning charge. Guests who damage Shirakaba property beyond normal wear-and-tear may be subject to a charge for damages.
LOST & FOUND
Should we find one of your belongings, we will do our best to notify you and ship the item to you. However, we cannot be responsible for misplaced guest belongings.
Prepayment at the time of reservation is required 1 night room charge or 50% of the total room charge, whichever is greater. Balance of payment is due at check-out.
Cancellation: To cancel a reservation, please phone us at (413) 458-1800 at least 21 days before the arrival time, and 100% of your deposit will be refunded to you. If less than 21 days, we will try to re-book, and a refund will be offered to you only if we re-book it, but a cancellation fee of $75 will apply. If we cannot re-book, please understand that your full deposit will not be refunded.
No Shows: For guests who failed to stay with us, the deposit will not be refunded and will be charged for the remainder of the intended stay.
Early Departures: Guests will be charged for the remainder of their intended stay.
We recommend trip insurance. One service that is available to assist you with trip insurance can be contacted at 800-487-4722 or visit Insure my trip.
CANCELLATIONS For GUESTS with GIFT CERTIFICATE
The same “CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICIES” apply for the holder of the Gift Certificate, and any refund will be credited to the gift certificate.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
