It has its own private full bath with a shower for two, and an adjoining tatami mat room to enjoy as a sitting room or as a second bedroom for two adults or three children.
The suite gives you direct access to the swimming pool room, plus a balcony that connects with both the hot tub deck and the footpath to the cliff top gazebo.

Please Note: There is an additional fee for single-night stays. Discounts are available for stays of 4 nights or more, only one discount will be applied.
- Deposit: A deposit of one night's lodging, by credit card, personal or bank check, Mastercard or Visa will hold your reservation.
- Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, cash and checks.
- Room rates: Room rates are based on a 2-night stay, if you can stay with us only one night, there's a housekeeping fee of $70 per suite.
- Cancellation: To cancel a reservation, please phone us at (413) 458-1800 at least 21 days before the arrival time, and your full deposit will be returned to you. If less than 21 days, we will try to re-book your room, and if we can, a partial refund may be offered to you, but a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. If we can't re-book the room, please understand that your deposit will not be refunded.
- Check-in/Check out: Check-in time is 3 p.m.; we need until then to make sure that everything is perfect for your visit. And if you must leave, checkout time is 11 a.m.
- Smoking: Shirakaba is proud to be a smoke-free haven. Guests respect and appreciate our strict rule against smoking in the guest house.
