Experience Dinner at Shirakaba
Add some magic to your memories! Let us serve you an authentic 6-course Japanese dinner you'll never forget. Edamame, cucumber salad, miso soup, chawanmushi soup, vegetables and rice surrounding a delicious main course of your choice – chicken teriyaki? Salmon teriyaki? Beef Sukiyaki? Learn to roll Sushi with Sadao at our "Sushi Rolling Class"? Something elegantly vegetarian? And how will you ever choose between our amaretto cake (now available gluten-free), our rich brownies, or Shirakaba's own custom-made ice creams; green tea, ginger, ginger pear and specially prepared flavors of your own choosing?
Whatever you choose, these suggestions or something else, we'll need time to gather fresh ingredients and do it right, so please make your reservations at least 48 hours ahead. We can serve one party of up to six guests per evening, all enjoying the same menu. The charge is $70 to $80 per person for guests staying at our Guest House, and $20 per person additional for those who join us for just the dinner. Please let us know any food allergies or dislikes.
Pick up your chopsticks (we'll show you how or bring you a fork), say "Itadakimas!" - and let the magic begin!

Japanese Dinner: $70 per person, non-guest $90
Your choice of the following main dishes:
- Chicken or Salmon Teriyaki
- Salmon with Ginger and Soy
- Beef Sukiyaki - 2 person minimum
- Fried Rice with Shrimp or Vegetarian
- Sadao offers a special menu for restricted diets
